1、负责性能相关的质量保障工作，并制定性能测试计划与方案； 2、负责自动化性能测试环境搭建、脚本编写、测试执行，分析系统性能瓶颈并进行调试，提出性能调优方案，编写性能测试报告； 3、跟踪分析测试情况，解决测试过程遇到的问题，配合开发团队进行软件缺陷跟踪； 4、研究与推行性能测试新技术，提高性能测试质量和效率； 5、熟悉测试理论和方法，熟悉敏捷开发、敏捷测试模式； 6、积极发现并推动解决项目中存在的进度、流程、质量风险。

1、大专及以上学历，有至少1年游戏性能相关的测试经验，有完整的游戏开发到上线经验者优先； 2、熟悉 Unreal Insights、MemReport、LLM、RenderDoc 等工具使用者优先； 3、有 C#、Python、HLSL 等语言开发经验者优先； 4、有较强的逻辑和思辨能力，耐心细致，有责任心，具备较强的问题发现和解决能力； 5、善于沟通，具备推动力与团队合作精神，并能承受一定强度的工作压力； 6、熟悉计算机相关知识，并有实际项目内应用者优先。
