1.根据导演和内容对话设计环节的思路或者分镜画面设计演出内容需求,制作出适配演出制作的角色动作（对文戏和动作戏动作的设计要有一定的制作能力）； 2.准确理解人物性格体态特征，在合理的演出对话动作制作上做出差异化展示出不同角色的特性； 3.根据需求完成游戏对话演出内角色（包括怪物）或道具，飘带，甚至表情细节动画的制作； 4.演出内容需要符合游戏整体的演出风格； 5.了解UE引擎制作演出的流程和规范,持续跟进和配合演出内容中对动作使用的落地效果。

1.熟练掌握Maya/Max的摄像机和动画模块,有较强的镜头运动设计和动作设计能力； 2.熟练掌握动画原理，动作细节把控，有很好的理解和接收需求方对动作要求的对接（熟悉了解各种二次元风格的动作）； 3.需要良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力,能够积极对接演出内容相关资产和相关的上下游模块； 4.热爱游戏，热爱二次元。
