1、负责对网络平台及游戏社区开展日常巡查与监测，及时发现涉及公司及旗下游戏产品的涉嫌侵权行为，包括造谣、恶意抹黑、未经授权泄露未公开游戏内容、侵犯公司知识产权等，建立并维护侵权线索台账。 2、结合游戏内容、社区语境及法律规定，对侵权线索进行核实、分析与分级，并完成证据固定，梳理传播链路、涉事主体及损害情况，为投诉和诉讼提供支持。 3、制定并执行维权方案，完成平台投诉、侵权通知、律师函及其他必要处置，跟进内容删除、链接屏蔽等处理结果。 4、持续跟踪网络侵权、人格权、知识产权及游戏行业相关法律法规、司法裁判和平台投诉规则，为侵权识别、维权策略及业务风险防范提供建议。

1、学历要求：本科及以上学历。法学相关专业优先考虑。 2、热爱库洛游戏产品，具有持续、深入的产品体验；深谙二次元游戏社区文化，熟悉玩家表达方式、社区梗、内容传播路径及讨论生态，能够准确理解相关内容的语境，识别涉嫌侵权线索并判断其影响。 3、具备较强的信息搜集、线索追踪和分析能力，能够形成清晰、完整的证据材料及处置建议。工作积极主动、细致严谨、责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调、逻辑表达及团队合作能力，能够协同业务团队、平台及外部律师推进维权工作；4、具有良好的保密意识，英语读写能力良好。
