1、基于游戏的内资产和美术设计，根据导演需求绘制灯光氛围视觉设计图，给后续制作环节提供明确的指导意见； 2、负责游戏CG内少量包括环境氛围、道具摆设等场景概念图，以及部分过场动画的氛围、分镜氛围ColorKey的设计； 3、参与前期编创工作，协助导演和编剧完成镜头构图设计，能和AI老师配合快速绘制或表现概念示意图； 4、为分镜或动画Layout中的特效、角色动作、表情、场景道具等绘制出灯光效果示意图； 5、参与审核成片的质量，灯光、特效以及后期的把控，有较高的色彩光影美学基础，必要时绘制相关图示。

1、影视动画等美术相关专业，3年以上动画、影视或游戏CG等概念设计经验； 2、扎实的美术功底，出色的想象力和创意设计能力，对氛围光影的叙事感有较高的敏感度和审美； 3、熟悉动画包括不限于二维动画和游戏CG制作流程，熟悉UE，Maya、blender等相关制作软件； 4、有较好的沟通能力，责任心以及团队合作精神； 5、热爱影视或游戏行业，阅片量高对二次元熟悉或游戏爱好者优先。
