1.负责广告投放系统整体产品规划与建设，制定产品 Roadmap，支撑游戏买量及发行增长业务； 2.建设统一投放平台，覆盖广告创建、账户管理、预算、素材、策略、数据监控、归因分析等核心链路； 3.深入投放业务，通过批量操作、自动化规则、智能策略等能力提升投放人效与资金使用效率； 4.推动媒体消耗、用户行为、付费及 LTV 数据打通，建立完整投放效果分析体系； 5.推进 AI 在智能建计划、素材分析、异常诊断、策略推荐及数据分析等场景中的应用； 6.负责产品团队管理及跨投放、研发、数据等团队协作，保障项目落地。

1.本科及以上学历，5 年以上产品经验，有复杂平台型产品或团队管理经验； 2.有广告投放平台、商业化广告、增长平台、游戏发行平台等相关经验； 3.熟悉广告投放核心逻辑，理解 Campaign、素材、预算、出价、转化、归因等概念； 4.具备较强的业务抽象、数据分析和系统化产品设计能力； 5.能够独立负责复杂产品从规划、设计、推进到效果复盘的完整闭环； 6.具备良好的跨业务、研发、数据团队协作能力。
