1、管控项目的本地化管线（包括但不限于文本、配音、LQA等），保证在节点内版本内容进行全球化适配； 2、制定项目标准化协作流程与业务规范，系统性地规避本地化交付节点或需求遗漏等风险； 3、负责制定并维护项目相应语种的语言风格指南和术语库，对相应语种的文本设定负责。 4、负责游戏内文本的翻译，并对现有翻译进行润色和优化，保证表达符合当地用户习惯。 5、负责游戏版本的本地化质量保障（LQA）工作，及时处理并修改问题。并能有效把控项目状态，与进行组内产能管理。

1、3年及以上游戏本地化相关业务经验。有大型多人在线角色扮演（MMO）、二次元、开放世界或角色扮演（RPG）游戏翻译经验者优先； 2、具备优秀的相应语种书面以及口语沟通能力； 3、具备出色的沟通协调能力及较强的抗压能力； 4、熟悉本地化业务流程及相关工具/平台，如CAT工具、语言QA工具等； 5、具备良好的团队合作精神，工作认真负责，积极主动，责任心强； 6、热爱二次元文化，热爱游戏。
