1、负责库街区App、H5活动页面、SDK、游戏启动器等相关产品的界面设计、视觉设计与交互设计； 2、主导公司产品及重要功能模块的UI/UX设计，涵盖界面控件、动效设计、图标设计、皮肤设计、交互设计及H5专题设计等； 3、高度重视用户体验，参与用户研究与竞品分析，从业务视角挖掘并思考产品设计方向； 4、建立与维护产品的设计规范与标准，整体把控UI视觉风格，并积极参与设计经验分享； 5、结合产品业务数据进行分析，基于数据结果输出设计优化方案并推动落地。

1、大专及以上学历，3年以上互联网产品UI设计经验，工业设计、人机交互、视觉传达、计算机、心理学等相关专业背景优先； 2、熟练使用Figma、Photoshop、Illustrator、Sketch、After Effects等常用设计软件； 3、具备扎实的UI与交互设计能力，能输出高质量设计稿及设计规范，拥有优秀的创意表达能力，具备产品数据分析能力者优先； 4、对设计趋势有敏锐的洞察力，具备良好的审美能力与美术功底，整体布局与色彩感觉突出，能清晰阐述设计理念，有动效设计或手绘能力者优先； 5、具备良好的团队协作与沟通能力，能与跨部门同事紧密合作，指导并协助初级设计师成长，乐于分享设计经验与方法； 6、学习能力强，工作积极主动，有持续的责任心与热情，注重设计品质，思维活跃，创新力与执行力强； 7、热爱游戏，熟悉游戏社交平台产品者优先。
