1、底层图形 API 与平台能力建设：跟踪并评估 DX12、Vulkan、Metal 等现代图形 API 的能力演进，结合项目需求搭建平台能力矩阵，沉淀不同 GPU、驱动版本、系统版本、厂商 SDK、主机平台的能力差异，为多平台画质分级、兼容性策略和性能优化提供依据； 2、前沿图形技术研发与中台化：参与 DLSS、FSR、XeSS、MetalFX、Snapdragon GSR、Arm ASR、PSSR 等超分 / 插帧 / 低延迟技术，以及光追、GPU Driven、VRS、Mesh Shader、Bindless 等方向的调研、验证和接入。结合项目实际评估画质、性能、功耗和稳定性边界，推动可落地能力沉淀为统一接口、接入规范和验证工具； 3、性能、功耗与稳定性工具链建设：基于 Nsight、RenderDoc、PIX、Radeon GPU Profiler、Intel GPA / PresentMon、Arm Performance Studio、Snapdragon Profiler、Xcode GPU Capture 等工具，搭建跨平台性能分析、GPU 问题定位、功耗 / 温控分析与回归验证流程； 4、中台方案沉淀与跨团队支持：将复杂问题排查、厂商技术接入、平台差异分析经验沉淀为技术文档、接入规范、调试流程与内部分享材料，支撑项目组、美术 TA、技术 TA、图形渲染、图形框架团队提升落地效率。

1、熟悉 C/C++，具备扎实底层工程开发能力；了解 C#、Python 或其他脚本工具链者优先； 2、熟悉 GPU 渲染管线、Shader 开发与常见图形性能瓶颈，理解带宽、Overdraw、同步、资源绑定、PSO / Shader 编译、显存管理等核心问题； 3、熟练掌握至少一种现代图形 API：DX12、Vulkan、Metal； 4、熟练使用至少一款主流图形调试 / 性能分析工具，如 Nsight Graphics、RenderDoc、PIX、Radeon GPU Profiler、Intel GPA / PresentMon、Arm Performance Studio、Snapdragon Profiler、Xcode GPU Capture； 5、具备复杂图形问题定位能力，可排查 GPU Crash、驱动异常、渲染效果错误、Shader 编译故障、平台差异、性能回退等问题； 6、熟悉 PC GPU、移动端 GPU、主机平台至少一类硬件架构与驱动特性，如 NVIDIA GeForce、AMD Radeon、Intel Arc、Apple GPU、Adreno、Mali / Immortalis 等； 7、拥有 Unreal Engine / Unity 渲染模块开发经验，或游戏 / 引擎厂商跨平台图形适配、性能调优、GPU 故障排查实战经验者优先； 8、具备优秀的问题拆解、文档沉淀与跨团队协作能力，可将个人技术经验转化为可复用的中台标准化方案。

加分项： 1、有 DLSS、FSR、XeSS、MetalFX、Snapdragon GSR、Arm ASR、PSSR 等超分、插帧、低延迟方案落地接入经验； 2、拥有光追、GPU Driven、大规模可见性剔除、Instance / Indirect Draw、Cluster / Tile Based Rendering、VRS、Compute-Based Rendering 等技术研发或项目落地经验； 3、熟悉 Bindless、Mesh Shader、Work Graphs、Ray Tracing、Ray Reconstruction、Denoising、DirectStorage 等前沿图形技术； 4、具备移动端功耗、温控、ADPF、Game Mode、厂商性能 SDK 接入，以及移动端长时间稳帧优化经验； 5、拥有主机平台性能优化、硬件预算管控、PSSR / 光追适配、平台认证相关工作经验； 6、有 GPU 驱动、图形编译器、RHI（Render Hardware Interface）、渲染后端开发相关经验； 7、能够持续跟进各硬件厂商、平台技术更新，独立输出技术研判、验证方案与内部技术分享。
