The posting

1. 负责市场、广告业务离线、实时数仓开发，完成投放、渠道、转化、流量数据建模与计算，支撑广告投放分析、市场复盘需求； 2. 承接广告、市场业务各类报表与数据看板开发，基于 StarRocks 实现业务数据查询与报表输出，保障数据服务稳定可用； 3. 配合团队梳理广告投放、渠道、ROI 等核心指标，统一业务指标口径； 4. 负责广告业务日常数据迭代、数据校验、数据问题排查，保障投放数据、市场数据准确稳定产出； 5. 配合落地业务侧数据监控，及时跟进数据异常、数据延迟问题，完成优化整改； 6. 完成 PB 级海量投放流量数据整合、计算与存储优化，解决数据倾斜、任务超时、资源浪费等海量数据场景核心问题。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、大数据、软件工程等相关专业，3 年及以上大数据数据开发经验； 2. 深度参与过 PB 级海量数据处理项目，有中大型企业数据平台搭建优化经验优先； 3. 精通大数据完整技术链路，熟练运用 Hive、Spark、Flink、Kafka 大数据技术栈，深入掌握数据采集、存储、计算、调度、监控全流程原理与实操，具备成熟的实时、离线数仓开发实战能力； 4. 精通复杂 SQL 编写与调优，具备良好的数据建模思维，熟练使用 StarRocks，可独立完成 OLAP 报表开发工作； 5. 熟悉 Linux 操作、Shell 脚本，能够独立完成日常数据开发、任务调试与问题排查； 6. 了解广告投放、渠道营销、流量转化相关业务逻辑，能快速承接市场类数据需求； 7. 逻辑清晰，责任心强，具备良好的协作和需求落地能力。

加分项： 1. 具备广告投放、渠道增长、营销复盘、投放归因、Cohort指标体系建设完整经验； 2. 具备湖仓一体架构下海量流量数据清洗、分层建模实战经验； 3. 具备业务指标标准化、数据质量治理落地经验。
