岗位职责: 1、负责协调管理音视频团队单个游戏项目的各类游戏PV，CG等需求的全流程跟进。制定每个环节工作计划，排期，协调上下游环节交接，完成全流程的产出落地； 2、有完整的游戏CG，动画电影或动画剧集制片管理经验，能够全面负责具体动画项目的统筹和制片管理； 3、具有优秀的游戏或动画制片管理综合素质，能够从制片角度解读剧本和编写项目的预算、制定制片计划和执行方案； 4、能够严格执行制片计划及制片预算，跟踪动画制作过程，保障进度，确保影片质量； 5、有丰富的游戏或动画业内资源，能够客观评估并选择外部供应商，做好外部供应商的管理以及沟通对接。

岗位要求： 1、3-5年以上制片工作经验，具有丰富的国内动画行业资源，有成功项目经验者优先考虑； 2、熟悉游戏或CG动画（三维、二维）的工艺流程，能进行资源整合，提出专业策划构想，协调制作团队把控内容方向及品质落地； 3、具有行业保密意识及良好的职业道德，在处理敏感、保密文件及公司相关信息谨慎缜密； 4、资源统筹、沟通协调能力强，富有负责心和抗压能力，能推进多边合作； 5、执行力强，有成本意识和目标管理意识。
