1、负责全平台游戏 CPU/GPU/内存 端的性能分析和瓶颈定位，能够在至少一个方向上设计并实现优化方案; 2、负责游戏的功耗拆解，针对 CPU/GPU 端的功耗进行优化； 3、负责性能指标、分级策略制定，以及各项性能检测工具的开发； 4、负责扩展 UE5 核心实现，探索更高性能上限； 5、与其他业务组协同或提供指导，完成业务端的性能优化工作； 6、逐版本评审各项性能指标，并确保版本性能健康。

1、熟悉 C/C++ 编程语言，有良好的代码安全和代码规范意识，熟悉设计模式，有良好的面向对象程序设计思维； 2、8 年以上游戏开发经验，3 年以上 UE 开发经验，熟悉游戏引擎的原理和框架设计，有深度定制引擎模块经验者优先； 3、熟练掌握多款性能 Profiling 工具，熟悉 PC/Mobile 的性能分析和瓶颈定位； 4、拥有良好的沟通、组织、协调能力； 5、对性能数据敏感。
