1、统筹科技资质及研发项目全流程：牵头统筹高企/软企加计等核心科技项目，深度联动内外部各部门/机构全流程推进，深入梳理研发项目全周期资料逻辑，对归集路径与分摊规则提供有效建议，对结果负责； 2、税收优惠落地与资质维护：统筹各主体的高企、软企等资质布局与维护，搭建标准化申报资料体系及指标管控体系，规范立项、实验、研发工时、成果转化、设备摊销等全链条管理，保障评审指标稳定达标； 3、政策研判与税务筹划支持：持续跟踪高企、软企、研发财税政策动态，为税务合规与筹划提供有效建议； 4、研发财税风险管控与核查处理：建立风险管控机制，定期进行相关风险排查，配合各类核查处理。

1、财税相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、8年以上财税工作经验，其中4年以上专注于高新/软企认定与研发加计扣除全流程实务，深度理解游戏研发的项目制运作模式、精通研发立项、过程、成果等全链条管理； 3、精通高企、软企评审标准及研发加计扣除财税政策，熟练掌握各环节评审、税务核查核心要点； 4、优秀跨部门统筹协调能力，逻辑缜密、数据敏感度高，可独立牵头应对各类资质评审工作。
