1. 社区策略与运营：负责游戏用户社区的整体规划、搭建与运营，包括但不限于微博、小红书、B站、Discord、Facebook等国内外主流社交媒体平台。制定并执行社区运营策略，提升用户活跃度、满意度和归属感。 2. 用户关系管理：建立健全高效用户反馈机制，及时收集、整理并分析用户意见与建议，协同产品、研发团队进行问题解决与体验优化。负责KOL/KOC的挖掘、维护与合作，构建用户服务体系。 3. 内容策划与活动组织：根据游戏版本计划和用户需求，策划并组织线上线下社区活动，包括不限于同人创作、攻略组合作、直播活动、用户招待会等，激发用户参与热情，响应用户需求、营造积极健康的社区氛围。 4. 舆情监控与危机公关：密切关注社区舆情动态，建立高速响应机制，针对用户反馈提出有效的解决方案。

1. 经验：本科及以上学历。5年以上游戏行业用户运营或社区管理经验，其中至少3年内容向/二次元游戏社区运营经验，对二次元用户有深入理解者优先。 2. 专业技能：熟悉国内外主流社交媒体平台的运营规则和用户需求。具备优秀的文案撰写、活动策划和执行能力。具备较好的数据分析能力，能通过数据评估社区运营效果。 3. 沟通能力：具备较强的同理心、沟通协调能力和人际交往能力，能够与不同类型的用户建立良好关系。具备较强的危机公关意识和处理能力，维护品牌形象。具备多语言能力者优先（如英语、日语、韩语等）。 4. 行业洞察：热爱内容向/二次元游戏，对玩家的心理、需求和偏好有深刻洞察，能够精准把握社区用户的情绪和痛点。
