1、负责 AIGC 生成平台（GPU 推理服务 + 调度网关）的日常运维，保障任务链路高可用； 2、负责网关任务调度链路的运维，排查任务卡单、队列积压、回调失败等问题； 3、负责模型、推理框架及插件生态的部署升级与兼容性管理； 4、负责监控告警与运维工具建设，参与平台功能迭代联调。

1、本科及以上学历，2 年以上相关运维经验； 2、熟悉 Linux，有主流云平台（阿里云/腾讯云/AWS 等）Serverless、对象存储、弹性伸缩等产品的实际使用经验； 3、熟练 Python，了解 Go，能读懂 FastAPI/Gin 类 Web 服务与异步代码进行问题定位； 4、熟悉 Prometheus/Grafana 等主流监控告警体系，具备完整的故障应急与复盘方法论。

加分项： 1、熟悉 ComfyUI、有扩散模型（Qwen Image / Flux 等）的部署与运维实践； 2、有 GPU 环境运维经验，了解 CUDA 兼容性问题、显存资源调度与分布式推理基本原理； 3、热爱游戏，有游戏行业工具链或生产管线支撑经验。
