1、负责项目中与材质、Shader、渲染表现相关的技术支持工作，包括材质风格探索、Shader 原型开发、表现效果验证、技术问题排查等，为场景、角色、特效、灯光的美术表达提供可落地的技术方案； 2、根据美术视觉需求，设计并实现高质量、可复用的 UE 材质体系（角色材质、环境材质、特效材质、屏幕空间效果等），保证效果与制作效率的平衡； 3、与制作团队合作，协助开发和维护生产管线工具，并为制作团队提供使用培训与技术支持，提升整体制作效率与表现能力。

1、本科及以上学历，熟悉 UE 渲染体系，了解 Houdini、Maya 等 DCC 工具，具备良好的英文文档阅读能力，可理解 Shader、渲染算法类论文或技术文档； 2、具备一定的 C++ 或 Python 能力，熟练使用蓝图； 3、熟悉 UE 材质体系及 HLSL/Shader 开发基础，熟悉 Material Editor、Custom Node、UE渲染管线； 4、有基于 UE 的 NPR、二次元、手绘风、卡渲等风格化 Shader 开发经验者优先； 5、乐于交流，具备良好的团队合作和沟通能力。
