1. 负责版本活动、大世界玩法及相关内容的整体规划、设计与落地，包括核心玩法、系统规则、关卡流程、数值结构、任务及奖励体验等； 2. 根据产品定位与版本目标，设计具有趣味性、差异化和持续体验价值的玩法内容； 3. 负责玩法从概念方案、原型验证、需求文档到制作跟进、验收调优及上线复盘的完整流程； 4. 与程序、美术、叙事、关卡、数值等团队协作，推动设计方案高质量落地； 5. 持续分析玩家反馈及数据表现，发现体验问题并推动玩法迭代； 6. 根据项目需要，承担战斗、系统、数值、任务、关卡或表现等至少一个方向的深入设计工作。

1. 1年以上游戏策划经验，具备完整玩法或系统模块的设计及落地经验； 2. 熟悉版本活动、开放世界或大世界玩法的常见设计方法，对探索、交互、挑战、收集及成长体验有较深入的理解； 3. 具备良好的玩法设计能力，能够建立清晰的目标、规则、反馈与体验循环； 4. 具备较强的逻辑分析、文档表达和跨团队协作能力，能够独立推动功能落地； 5. 热爱游戏，有丰富的游戏经历，对二次元、开放世界及RPG产品有较高敏感度； 6. 关注细节，具备较强的体验判断力，对最终呈现品质有较高要求。
