1. 负责广告投放相关产品的规划与落地,覆盖国内外主流媒体渠道(巨量引擎、腾讯广告、快手磁力、B站、小红书,以及 Google Ads、Meta、TikTok 等)的 API 对接与能力建设; 2. 负责广告归因体系的产品设计,包括点击/展示归因、归因窗口与优先级规则、多渠道归因冲突处理,推动归因口径在业务侧的统一; 3. 负责事件回传产品方案设计,包括回传事件选择、回传策略; 4. 负责素材管理平台的产品规划,包括素材全生命周期管理(制作、审核、投放、归档)、素材标签体系设计(人工+算法打标)、素材去重与衍生关系管理; 5. 负责广告效果报表体系建设,梳理花费、曝光、点击、转化、ROI 等核心指标口径,支持分渠道/分素材/分计划多维度分析,为投放优化提供数据支撑; 6. 与投放、市场、数据、研发团队紧密协作,持续收集需求、迭代产品,推动投放效率提升。

1. 本科及以上学历,3 年以上广告方向产品经验,有广告主侧(甲方)投放工具/系统建设经验者优先; 2. 熟悉国内外主流媒体平台的广告产品逻辑、Marketing API / 事件回传 API 对接流程; 3. 深入理解广告归因机制(自归因渠道 SKAN、第三方监测、设备号/IP+UA 模糊匹配等),了解 AppsFlyer、Adjust、热云、等归因产品者优先; 4. 熟悉素材标签、素材数据分析等相关实践,对素材驱动增长有自己的理解; 5. 具备良好的需求拆解与跨团队推动能力,能独立负责一个产品模块从 0 到 1 落地; 6. 游戏行业经验优先。
