1.负责NAMI项目境内品牌营销全链路工作，可独立发起并主导重要营销项目落地，覆盖营销方案策划、资源协调、效果复盘全流程，对品牌声量、用户增长、营收转化等核心指标负责。 2.结合用户画像、市场环境，制定差异化的品牌营销策略，灵活整合各营销触点资源，推动营销效果最大化，达成传播数据指标。 3.负责跨部门跨职能协作，高效协调市场支持部门、产品、运营、内容制作等团队资源，解决项目推进中的阻塞问题，保障营销项目按期高质量交付。 4.负责项目营销数据的全链路复盘，建立完善的数据评价体系，基于数据结果持续优化营销策略，不断提升营销投入产出比。 5.主动探索二次元赛道创新营销玩法，提出可落地的创新营销优化方案，打造具备行业竞争力的品牌营销案例，沉淀可复用的营销方法论。

1.具备 5 年及以上二次元游戏品牌营销工作经验，有成功的二次元项目品牌营销主导经验，熟悉二次元用户偏好与市场特性。 2.熟练掌握市场营销全链路知识与方法，具备独立操盘千万级营销项目的能力，有较强的项目管理与资源协调能力。 3.具备优秀的策略思维与创新能力，能够结合市场趋势、项目特性提出差异化的营销方案，曾经有打造出圈的品牌营销案例。 4.具备优秀的数据思维，能够基于营销数据复盘效果，持续优化策略，对品牌声量、用户增长、营收转化等核心指标负责。 5.具备优秀的跨部门沟通协作能力，能够高效协调各方资源，推动项目落地，具备较强的目标导向与结果意识。 6.对二次元文化有深度理解，熟悉 B 站、小红书、抖音等二次元用户聚集平台的生态与玩法。
