1、负责游戏内过场剧情漫画、游戏外衍生漫画的创作绘制工作；可独立主导或配合团队完成符合项目标准的分镜设计、黑白线稿绘制，统筹指导助手完成后续完稿输出，保障内容产出质量与效率。 2、配合项目整体需求，在监制统筹安排下，协同团队其他主笔完成各类漫画素材的绘制与落地工作。 3、严格遵循项目美术规范，统一整体画风与叙事表达逻辑，保障作品线条干净流畅、画面细节精致，贴合项目整体内容调性。 4、积极配合团队工作安排，完成上级交办的各类漫画相关绘制及优化工作。

任职要求 1、具备定制、改编类连载漫画实战经验，美术功底扎实，黑白光影、分镜能力优秀，可独立完成完整黑白漫画创作，能适配项目指定作画风格。 2、具备极强的时间观念与执行力，严守项目排期，主动同步工作进度与问题，保障团队高效协作。 3、熟练掌握黑白漫画绘制技巧，光影层次、分镜逻辑清晰，具备较强风格适配能力，可贴合项目需求调整作画风格与线条。 4、深耕游戏、漫画、动画、小说等泛二次元内容，阅读积累丰富，具备良好的审美能力。 5、熟练掌握日系二次元画风者优先。 6、学习能力与适配能力强，可快速适配项目高精度作画标准，能贴合项目需求优化创作风格，不固守个人风格。 7、具备良好的沟通统筹能力，可清晰传递创作思路与制作标准，高效推进团队协作。

加分项 1、深度了解各类国产二次元手游内容、画风及IP调性； 2、拥有5年及以上专业漫画行业从业经验； 3、具备扎实的机械结构绘画功底，可独立完成各类机械元素的精准绘制。
