1、负责商标全生命周期管理，包括全球商标检索分析、申请、驳回复审、异议答辩、无效宣告、续展及国际注册，建立并维护商标档案库，制定商标使用规范。 2、负责游戏IP全要素的版权保护与管理，包括但不限于游戏角色、场景美术、音乐音效、剧情文案、源代码等作品的版权登记、权属梳理与证据固化。 3、制定并优化公司知识产权管理制度及流程，推动跨部门执行落地，定期开展知识产权培训。 4、为业务部门提供日常知识产权法律咨询，解答项目命名、素材使用等合规问题，输出专业法律意见。

1、学历要求：本科及以上学历，法学、知识产权等相关专业，具有法律职业资格证书。 2、工作经验：具备3年以上在律所、知识产权代理机构或企业法务部门从事商标版权实务工作的经验。精通中国商标法或者熟悉欧美日韩等海外地区的商标法，具备丰富的商标实务经验，能够结合具体业务场景开展商标检索、风险分析、确权维权等工作。兼备中国商标和海外商标实务经验、具备排名领先的律所、知识产权代理机构工作经验者优先考虑。 3、具备较强的风险识别、法律分析和问题解决能力，能够在业务需求与法律风险之间提出可落地的解决方案；工作积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调能力、逻辑表达能力及团队合作精神。英语能作为工作语言者优先。
