1. 配合团队及市场需求，主动规划并推进音乐的设计，制作，后期整合； 2. 熟悉电子乐，能为CG、PV等影片制作音乐并根据视频效果，实现和调优音乐在终版音频中的表现； 3. 了解市面上的优质音乐专辑，积累&规划长期产出； 4. 能与其他职能和外包沟通协作。

1. 大学本科及以上学历，5年以上音频行业经验（能力优秀者经验可放宽）； 2. 在音乐制作环节“一体机”者优先，音乐写作水平能够达到以往库洛视频配乐的平均水平，可参考往期官方账号视频音乐；具有优秀的作曲、编曲及混音能力；对音乐风格有自己的设计和想法，避免参考扒带； 3. 热爱音乐并热衷于音乐设计，对多种音乐风格了解，具有较高的审美标准，对二次元题材有深度了解的优先； 4. 具有责任心和排期意识，能对自己的产出负责； 5. 至少能熟练操作一款Daw，同时熟悉音源和效果器，并积累拓展不同风格和方向的音乐素材库； 6. 能够与团队高效协作，具有良好的沟通能力，和上下游的环节保持透明。
