1. 负责开放世界中的支线任务、世界事件、动态遭遇、隐藏内容等设计，构建具有记忆点的探索体验 2. 结合区域主题、角色设定与世界观表达，设计具备情绪感染力的探索叙事、环境叙事与任务流程 3.负责世界彩蛋、探索奖励与特殊发现内容设计，提升玩家在开放世界中的惊喜感与传播欲望 4. 负责轻演出与镜头包装设计，包括关卡级Seq演出、事件调度、流程节奏与氛围塑造等内容 5. 设计怪物生态、动物生态及世界细节投放，通过非文本叙事增强区域沉浸感与世界真实度 6. 与关卡、剧情、美术、音频、演出等团队密切协作，推动内容从概念设计到最终落地 7. 对整体探索体验负责，通过任务、事件、环境与演出让玩家记住这个区域、角色或故事

1. 本科及以上学历，游戏设计、影视、动画、文学、编导、艺术设计等相关专业优先 2. 2年以上Quest Design / 任务策划 / 叙事设计 / 开放世界内容设计相关经验，有完整项目经验者优先 3. 熟悉开放世界内容设计逻辑，能够独立完成支线、探索事件、隐藏内容或环境叙事设计 4. 具备一定演出能力，熟悉Seq、镜头语言、事件调度与基础关卡演出制作流程 5. 对角色塑造、情绪表达与区域主题传达有较强敏感度，能够通过玩法、叙事与环境共同塑造体验 6. 具备优秀的创意能力与内容敏感度，能够设计让玩家愿意讨论、分享与传播的世界内容 7. 具备良好的跨部门沟通与推进能力，能够协调多团队完成内容落地与体验打磨 8. 热爱开放世界与RPG游戏，对探索驱动力、玩家情绪与世界沉浸感有深入理解
