- 4 年以上游戏 TA 或实时 VFX 经验，有 UE4/UE5 项目经验。 - 熟悉 Niagara，能做模块、模板和性能定位。 - 熟悉 Houdini，能搭建稳定导入 UE5 的生产流程。 - 熟悉 UE5 材质、实时渲染和特效 Shader。 - 会 Python、HLSL、VEX、C++ 任一，能独立做工具。 - 熟悉 Unreal Insights、ProfileGPU 或 RenderDoc。 - 需要有作品集。 加分项 - 有 Niagara Fluids、Chaos、PBD、VAT、体积雾、SDF 等落地经验。 - 有跨平台性能优化或插件开发经验。 - 有较好的美术判断力。
