1、根据文案脚本与美术设定，独立设计并绘制符合项目风格的动态分镜故事板，确保镜头语言清晰、节奏流畅、情感饱满； 2、严格遵循公司演出管线流程，主动协调内外部资源，确保项目按时、按质交付； 3、对分镜的艺术性、叙事逻辑及技术可行性负责，在 Layout、动画、特效等各环节提供明确指引与反馈，确保最终成片效果与分镜设计高度一致； 4、具备敏锐的项目风险洞察力，能提前识别流程阻塞、资源冲突等问题，并主动与组长、制片沟通制定解决方案。

1、三年以上游戏或影视动画分镜编导经验，有完整游戏项目（尤其是二次元/日系风格）全流程带片经验者优先； 2、扎实的美术功底，具备出色的绘画技巧，精通透视、构图、动态表现，有自己的导演理念和对IP的理解，且能向下发散自己的想法； 3、能独立完成从静态草图到动态分镜的制作，确保动作完成度高、帧数充足，能清晰体现关键 POSE 与节奏； 4、熟悉常用分镜制作软件，有Maya等 3D 软件，能运用三维软件辅助分镜制作者加分； 5、具备Owner 意识，对所负责项目的最终质量与效果尽责，具备主动解决问题、推动项目前进的决心和能力； 6、热爱动画，热爱游戏，二次元属性较浓，对剧情编排，叙事逻辑，角色塑造有较好的创意度想法。
