1. 负责支付系统（支付、退款、路由、风控、对账等模块）质量保障，确保产品发版进度、质量与稳定性； 2. 开展支付系统以及其相关上下游业务的功能、接口、兼容、自动化等测试； 3. 推动测试左移，深度参与产品需求与技术方案评审，识别潜在风险，提前介入质量把控； 4. 遵循并执行项目测试流程，负责测试进度跟踪与风险识别，及时反馈并协同推进问题闭环。 5. 独立负责复杂需求的测试,具备独立分析及定位问题的能力。

1. 本科及以上学历，三年及以上测试经验，有支付或金融相关测试经验； 2. 理解端到端测试流程,掌握接口、兼容、自动化等专项测试技能; 3. 具备良好的逻辑思维与闭环意识; 4. 沟通表达及问题解决能力突出，责任心强，具备优秀的团队协作精神; 5. 熟悉至少一门开发语言（Java/Python 等），有测试工具开发或白盒测试经验者优先。
