1. 本科及以上学历，需具备中文作为工作语言的能力。 2. 四年以上游戏翻译经验，有大型多人在线角色扮演（MMO）、二次元、开放世界或角色扮演（RPG）游戏翻译经验者优先。 3. 具备优秀的书面、口语和阅读能力。 4. 有个人翻译作品或文学创作优先。 5. 具备良好的团队合作精神，工作认真负责，积极主动，责任心强。 6. 热爱二次元文化，热爱游戏。
