1、战斗特效全流程制作：负责UE引擎下游戏全套战斗特效制作，包含角色普攻、连击、蓄力、技能、奥义大招、必杀终结技、被动触发特效等角色表现，适配站桩对战、切换出手、回合结算等核心战斗逻辑。 2、战斗视觉风格统一与迭代：结合项目美术风格，统一全系角色战斗特效质感、配色、节奏与层级表现，区分职业、属性、稀有度特效差异，打造辨识度高、层级清晰、打击感流畅的回合战斗视觉体系。 3、引擎功能落地与效果优化：熟练使用UE Niagara粒子系统、材质蓝图、后期调色、遮罩动画、顶点动画等功能，独立完成特效贴图绘制、粒子调试、材质调节、动画匹配、光影适配全流程工作。 4、战斗逻辑联动适配：深度对接战斗策划、角色动画、动作组，精准匹配战斗节奏、技能判定、抬手/施法/命中/后摇动作，配合回合切换、阵型变化、Buff/debuff、暴击、闪避、击杀结算等场景制作配套特效表现。 5、性能管控与资源规范：针对手游/端游设备适配需求，对战斗特效进行轻量化优化、资源精简、帧率管控，规范贴图大小、粒子数量、DrawCall开销，平衡视觉效果与整机性能，保障全机型稳定运行。 6、特效资产沉淀与复用：搭建并维护战斗通用特效资产库、通用材质模板、Niagara预设、Buff特效模板，提升团队制作效率；跟进UE新功能，迭代优化战斗特效表现效果与制作流程。 7、版本迭代与交付验收：配合项目开发迭代，高效完成特效修改、适配、优化、返工工作，对接测试修复特效Bug、穿模、闪烁、层级错乱等问题，保障战斗内容高质量按期交付。

1、工作经验：2-5年游戏特效工作经验，专注角色战斗特效方向（有回合制制作经验加分），有上线项目完整制作经验，熟悉UE引擎特性者优先。 2、核心技能精通UE Niagara、材质蓝图、序列帧特效、粒子模拟、后期特效；熟练使用PS、AE、SP、Maya等工具，可独立完成角色战斗特效从设计、制作、绑定、适配到落地的全流程工作。 3、核心审美与节奏能力：深刻理解战斗表现逻辑，擅长把控技能打击感、施法节奏、特效层级、光影质感，能根据角色人设、职业定位、技能机制设计差异化特效表现，视觉干净不杂乱、张力充足、辨识度高。 4、性能与规范意识：熟悉UE引擎资源开销规则及游戏性能标准，精通战斗特效性能优化方法，可有效控制粒子、贴图、渲染开销，兼顾高品质画面与设备兼容性。 5、协作与职业素养：理解战斗策划逻辑与动作动画原理，沟通高效，能精准落地需求；具备标准化制作习惯，严格遵守项目美术规范，抗压能力强，可适配项目迭代节奏。 6、加分项：拥有成熟手游/端游上线项目经验、擅长属性特效差异化设计、熟练使用Houdini制作程序化战斗特效、熟悉UE特效工具迭代与资产标准化流程者优先。
