1、负责游戏线上的版本管理工作，包括线上问题监控、线上问题处理、版本发布、合规处理等工作； 2、负责与游戏研发、测试、PM、运维等团队配合，推进版本相关需求落地，及时推进线上问题修复及版本发布； 3、负责版本相关舆情监控、日常问题处理，并推动版本质量提升及内容优化； 4、熟悉各类运营工具平台的搭建、使用及功能迭代，推进相关运营工具、组件、SDK等的开发与接入； 5、熟悉韩国当地合规内容及用户的喜好和特点，协助本地化部门验收本地化内容，确保本地化质量稳定。

1、两年及以上相关经验，有线上游戏版本管理工作经验优先； 2、有运营期运营问题处理经验，对日常精细化口碑运营及事故处理方面有经验和思考，有二次元项目经历优先； 3、热爱二次元和互联网行业，忠实的游戏玩家，熟悉多种手机游戏和网络游戏； 4、具有优秀的团队合作能力，拥有工匠精神，工作认真负责； 5、具备优秀的韩语语言能力，熟悉韩国当地市场玩家与当地文化。
