1、学历要求：本科及以上学历，计算机、通信等相关专业，具有专利代理人资格证书。 2、工作经验：3年以上专利领域工作经验，熟悉游戏、互联网和计算机信息行业。有游戏行业工作经验者、具有丰富的游戏游玩经验者优先。 3、具有较强的专利检索分析和专利挖掘能力，能独立进行项目管理。工作积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调能力、逻辑表达能力及团队合作精神。英语能作为工作语言者优先。
