The posting

1、负责游戏业务离线、实时数仓开发，完成业务数据分层建模、数据清洗、指标计算，支撑游戏日常数据分析与业务迭代； 2、承接游戏业务各类数据分析报表、数据看板开发，基于 StarRocks 完成数据查询与报表落地，保障数据准确、口径统一； 3、配合团队完成业务指标梳理与口径统一，落地标准化业务指标； 4、负责日常数据任务迭代、数据质量核对、业务数据异常排查，保障游戏业务数据链路稳定产出； 5、配合落地业务数据监控，跟进日常数据问题修复与优化； 6、完成 PB 级海量游戏行为数据整合、计算与存储优化，解决数据倾斜、任务超时、资源浪费等海量数据场景核心问题。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、大数据、软件工程等相关专业，3 年及以上大数据数据开发经验； 2、深度参与过 PB 级海量数据处理项目，有中大型企业数据平台搭建优化经验优先； 3、精通大数据完整技术链路，熟练运用 Hive、Spark、Flink、Kafka 等主流组件，深入掌握数据采集、存储、计算、调度、监控全流程原理与实操，具备扎实的实时、离线数仓开发能力； 4、熟练编写复杂 SQL，具备良好的 SQL 优化、数据建模能力，熟练使用 StarRocks，可独立完成常规报表查询开发; 5、熟悉 Linux 基础命令、Shell 脚本，能够独立完成日常数据开发、任务调试、简单问题排查； 6、具备良好的业务理解能力，能快速理解游戏业务逻辑，独立承接数据开发需求； 7、工作严谨负责，具备良好的团队协作与沟通能力。

加分项： 1、有游戏行业数据开发、用户行为分析、游戏业务指标建设经验； 2、具备湖仓一体架构下海量原始数据清洗、分层建模实战经验； 3、具备数据质量核查、指标标准化落地经验。
