1. 熟悉动画摄影后期有相应的理解，熟悉灯光原理、材质贴图、后期合成分层以及渲染流程； 2. 熟悉UE4、unity主流游戏引擎，对接引擎内部渲染内容，规划渲染流程规划以及素材输出，合成后期输出引擎动画； 3. 熟悉三渲二离线渲染；熟悉主流3D软件的模型材质灯光分层渲染； 4. 1年以上CG相关工作经验； 5. 对于提升美术效果有执着的追求，具备较强的美术创新能力； 6. 喜欢了解新的美术效果和CG新技术，以及新技术的实践兴趣； 7. 良好的沟通能力和理解能力，具有团队精神，能接受较高强度的工作压力； 8. 美术相关专业优先；对二次元文化（ACG）熟悉了解的优先；会玩3A游戏的优先； 9. 有三渲二CG动画项目经历优先，简历请附作品。
