1. 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、心理学、统计学等相关专业优先； 2. 3年以上人力资源工作经验，其中至少2年以上组织发展（OD）、人才发展（TD）或绩效管理模块的专职经验，有咨询公司专业背景、游戏行业背景优先考虑； 3. 熟练使用绩效管理工具（OKR, KPI, BSC等）；掌握主流人才测评工具（如DISC, MBTI 等）和组织诊断工具（如敬满度、7S、六个盒子）的原理与解读能力； 4. 具备极强的数据敏感度，能熟练使用Excel/SPSS/Phython/AI等工具进行敬满度、绩效等数据的统计分析，并能从数据中洞察组织问题； 5. 具备较强的业务理解能力，沟通协调能力，对“人”有持续的好奇心与洞察力，处事公平公正，具备较高的情商与保密意识，热爱游戏。
