工作职责： 1、参与世界观设定、角色设计、主题设计、各模块故事内容的创作，并跟进配合其他部门推进落地。 2、根据主题进行文案剧情撰写，包括故事背景设定、重要角色人设、大纲设计、台本细化。 3、与美术、视频、音频、导演等进行沟通和协作，将文案设计和故事剧情转化为可落地的美术概念、场景设定、镜头演出、音频、叙事素材等，并跟进剧情体验设计和优化。 4、为系统玩法、关卡玩法等内容提供设定支持和玩法概念剧情设计。

任职要求： 1、文字功底好，有较多创作经验，在外发布的文字作品数据好。 2、擅长角色塑造，对角色细节和人设逻辑考究，热爱游戏与主流ACG文化，热爱各种虚拟作品角色，熟悉各类的流行文化和市场受众， 3、逻辑清晰，善于沟通，能够胜任对各部门的需求对接、跟进落地的环节。 4、具备文学、美术、影视等多媒体鉴赏能力，擅长用画面、镜头表现角色魅力和气质。有美术表达能力、影视剧本镜头能力者优先。 5、游戏阅历丰富，有较丰富的游玩经历，有游戏创作经验，熟悉3D游戏项目制作流程者优先。
