1. 有至少3年的游戏测试经验，熟悉战斗、技能、行为树AI等模块测试，有经历完整大型游戏项目研发上线者优先。 2. 热爱游戏，有丰富的游戏经验，对游戏有一定的要求和品味，并具备较强的游戏操作能力；能持续输出游戏体验与易用性的优化建议。 3. 有较强的逻辑和思辨能力，耐心细致，有责任心，具备较强的问题发现和解决能力。 4. 善于沟通，具备推动力与团队合作精神，并能承受一定强度的工作压力。 5. 熟悉计算机相关知识，熟悉Linux、数据库基本操作者优先。
