1、负责客服团队的日常管理，包括排班、人力调度、工作分配、现场支持及人员辅导，保障各平台咨询和售后稳定承接。 2、负责客服培训、日常质检和服务标准落地，推动问题整改、复查及人员能力提升。 3、接管复杂客诉、特殊售后、平台介入及高风险事项，及时判断、升级并跟进闭环。 4、负责客服SOP、话术库、知识库及案例库的维护，支持新品、大促、预售及集中发货等重点业务节点。 5、定期分析接待、售后、投诉及质检数据，发现团队和业务问题，并推动相关部门改善。 6、参与外部供应商的引入、培训、质量管理及日常协同。

1、大专及以上学历，3年以上电商客服经验，2年以上客服组长或8人以上团队管理经验。 2、有游戏、动漫、潮玩、IP周边行业相关工作经验。 3、熟悉天猫、抖音等电商平台规则，能够独立处理复杂售后、平台介入及高风险投诉。 4、具备培训、质检、人员辅导和现场管理能力，能够发现并推动解决团队问题。 5、具备较强的风险意识、流程梳理、数据分析及跨部门沟通能力。 6、情绪稳定、责任心强，能够深入一线处理问题。

班次1：09:00-18:00（休息时间12:00-13:30） 班次2：14:00-22:30（休息时间18:00-19:00） 其它补充：入职购买六险一金，试用期薪资不打折，每周休2天，提供餐饮福利。
