1.负责游戏影视化开发，高品质CG动画，游戏剧情过场动画，IP番剧等一系列视频影视相关需求的前期分镜设计以及中后期跟片指导工作； 2.与游戏制作团队对接，一起深度开发视频相关需求，同时安排视频内部其他环节同学一起落实具体效果； 3.与内部生产制作环节负责人一起跟进审核外部制作团队的产出以及沟通对接，共同完成CG动画，引擎动画等一系列影视相关的创作。

1.有3年以上动画相关领域的影片执导经验，熟悉影视动画的整个创作流程； 2.有独立作品，艺术短片、游戏CG、动画番剧、动画电影均可； 3.对故事设计有深刻理解，熟悉镜头语言，对于影片结构有自己独到的见解，能够独立撰写剧本或分镜绘制（两者有一均可）； 4.具备良好艺术审美，对造型、色彩、构图等美术理论有较强认知； 5.热爱视觉艺术和动画，对CG动画、动画剧集、动画电影、真人电影有比较多的涉猎。

综合职位要求： 1.沟通能力强，有责任心，有担当，富有团队合作意识，有创新精神； 2.对于自己的创作有较高的追求，关注行业内一线游戏CG作品以及动画电影； 3.对游戏行业有热情，愿意尝试游戏影视相关开发。
