1、根据游戏宣发规划，跟进抖音、B站等平台内容合作的落地，包括激励活动、达人合作、版本传播规划等，确保内容供给规模和内容传播效果； 2、持续挖掘热门内容趋势、收集社区热议话题、洞察玩家的内容需求和偏好，结合游戏特点和宣发需求，策划爆款内容、热点话题、平台活动，打造有影响力的爆款内容/话题； 3、挖掘培养优质内容创作者，并与其达成良好的合作关系，辅助创作者优化内容、提升数据表现，打造鸣潮自己的优质标杆创作者； 4、作为平台内容合作接口人，收集最新平台动态与策略情况以优化内容合作的玩法方向，撬动更多平台资源，推进更多深度合作。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏/内容行业工作经验，有较好的逻辑思维和创意能力，对鸣潮熟悉者优先； 2、对抖音、B站的游戏内容生态和营销玩法有基本了解，懂二次元游戏和二次游戏社区情况； 3、有良好的游戏内容sense，对二游玩家的需求和热门内容趋势有较强的敏感度，能结合内容趋势和游戏宣发需求产出可落地的内容策划； 4、善于沟通表达、条理清晰，能协调多方合作关系，有良好的项目管理能力。
