1. 1年以上战斗玩法设计经验，有0到1完整的战斗活动玩法落地经验者优先。有战斗玩法设计的方法和思路。有较多大型单机游戏和独立游戏的体验，并有自己的总结见解。 2. 熟悉ue引擎，有脚本编程基础，能快速上手项目工具，与程序一起，实现玩法原型和最终落地。 3. 具有一定的审美水平，对战斗的视效信息敏感，对打击体验和操作手感敏感。 4. 有较强的规划和任务拆解能力，沟通协调能力，时间管理能力，自驱力，抗风险能力。
