1、参与项目从 0 到 1 的品宣视觉风格搭建，将世界观、角色、玩法体验与核心情绪转化为具有辨识度和传播力的平面视觉语言； 2、负责版本 KV、角色视觉、官网及活动宣传等核心市场内容，能够通过构图、字体、色彩、图形与空间关系强化画面情绪与视觉冲击力； 3、具备较强的视觉概念与风格探索能力，能够建立并持续延展项目视觉体系，在统一风格下保持内容的新鲜感与差异化； 4、与原画、动画、UI、研发及市场团队协作，主动理解需求并推动方案落地，对最终视觉品质负责。

1、具备扎实的平面设计基础和成熟审美，对构图、字体、色彩、版式、图形及视觉节奏有较强把控能力； 2、3年及以上游戏行业平面 / 视觉设计经验，对二次元、动作游戏及年轻化视觉文化有较深理解； 3、具备优秀的角色审美、画面整合及视觉概念能力，能够完成高情绪、高冲击力且具有秩序感的视觉设计； 4、具有较丰富的视觉文化积累和良好的沟通协作能力；字体、动效、3D 或 0-1 视觉体系经验丰富者优先。
