1. 根据项目需求文档和宣传主题，参与视觉创意发散，快速输出构图草图、镜头方案和画面方向。 2. 能够通过手绘草图快速表达角色关系、空间层次、动作趋势和镜头意图，并将方案进一步转化为可视化结果。 3. 使用 UE / Blender 等工具，基于现有角色、Boss、场景等资产完成基础摆模、构图、机位选择和简单灯光，快速输出静态方案用于方向验证。 4. 配合 PS、AI 等工具对方案进行基础后期处理，提升画面可读性和提案完成度。 5. 对进入正式制作的方案进行整理和发包，协助明确视觉标准，并参与供应商反馈及基础监修。

1. 本科及以上学历，具备良好的视觉创意、构图和镜头意识，能够快速理解需求并转化为清晰的视觉方案。 2. 具备基础手绘能力，能够通过草图快速表达创意；不要求高完成度插画能力。 3. 熟悉 UE、Blender 或其他 3D 工具中的至少一种，能够使用现有资产快速完成摆模、构图、找镜头及基础灯光。 4. 具备基本的 Photoshop 后期处理能力，能够完成简单合成和画面调整。 5. 有较好的沟通和视觉判断能力，能够对外包或供应商产出提出明确、可执行的修改意见。 6. 有游戏宣发、美宣、CG、广告视觉或 Visual Development 相关经验者优先。

加分项 1、有游戏项目中 3D 辅助构图、静帧预演或宣传视觉经验。 2、熟悉 AI 图像工具，并能用于概念探索、快速渲染或后期辅助。 3、有供应商发包、监修或项目协作经验。
