1、负责游戏在海外核心地区产品全生命周期的发行策略制定，基于策略完成产品在各阶段及不同地区的内容规划，团队规划和方案落地； 2、基于对当地市场和用户的认知，提出符合本地习惯的市场策略，并与研发，运营，和其他业务部门协同配合，达成既定业务目标； 3、深入了解各地区的市场趋势和洞察，拉起海外用户调研需求，根据不同地区平台和渠道属性，制定可落地的核心传播方案，对业务的最终落地负责； 4、深入了解海外各地区和渠道平台的用户特性，把控和监督团队内部的产出及复盘，并根据产品发展阶段制定合理的团队管理规划。

1、本科及以上学历，有五年以上海外游戏发行经验（二次元/竞技类项目优先），跟进过至少一款项目的全流程发行生命周期，精通英语，并能作为工作语言使用； 2、熟知海外主流地区各平台和渠道的用户属性，且非常了解市场营销各个模块的工作内容和落地细节，有优秀的内容把控能力和舆情分析能力； 3、有完整的团队管理经验优先，熟知当前项目的人才画像和人才梯度建设； 4、具备优秀的创意策划能力，能基于产品特点和用户核心诉求，制定传播方案，并带领团队落地； 5、有优秀的内外沟通能力和自我驱动力，并能保持对当前互联网新事物的好奇心，不断学习和自我进步。
