【核⼼⾳效制作】 1、参与游戏内⾳效板块产出，包括界⾯、环境、⻆⾊、交互、演出等环节全流程制作； 2、设计符合游戏⻛格的⾳效样本，了解动作游戏⾳效的设计重点； 3、了解⾳效基础，确保⾳效资产以符合规范的标准导⼊中间件。

【交互⾳频系统设计】 1、设计基于游戏玩法和玩家⾏为的⾳效播放逻辑，了解动态混⾳； 2、了解熟悉Wwise和引擎，为游戏⾳效设计播放机制； 3、合理规划⾳效管线（SoundBanks/Busses等），并严格执⾏素材的命名规范，确保资产交接符合游戏开发流程标准。

【跨职能协作】 1、能与其他职能部⻔通畅交流协作，敏捷对⻬指标，设计⾳效配合； 2、能与供应商、外包团队深度沟通合作，产出符合游戏品质的交付内容。

1、三年以上工作经验，有完整3A级项目或音效资产制作优异者优先； 2、熟用一款DAW（Reaper优先），熟悉各厂家音效库及效果器的使用。熟悉动作游戏音效制作逻辑，符合主流动作游戏音效审美。音效制作能力能够达到影视水准，有良好的音效审美，能独立完成高质量的音效资产； 3、高水准的样本制作能力； 4、了解wwise中间件，熟悉游戏内动态混音设计，熟悉引擎者（UnrealEngine）优先； 5、具备音频策划能力，能够良好的进行跨部门沟通与问题分析，有良好的沟通闭环意识（凡事有反馈），能适应高标准的交付压力； 6、熟悉至少一种版本控制系统（Git / Perforce / SVN）； 7、工作积极主动，有良好的自主学习和探索能力，能够快速理解并执行项目组的创作意图。
