1、结合产品节点制定内容传播规划，跟进B站、抖音等平台内容合作的落地，包括话题策划、平台活动、达人合作等，确保内容供给规模和传播效果； 2、搭建创作者激励培养体系，洞察目标创作者&主播的情况和需求，设计激励机制，挖掘培养更多优质创作者&主播，并与其达成良好的合作关系； 3、持续挖掘热门内容趋势、洞察玩家需求与偏好，并结合游戏特点和宣发需求，打造有影响力的爆款内容/话题； 4、作为平台内容合作接口人，收集最新平台动态与策略情况以优化内容合作的玩法方向，统筹推进更多深度合作。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上游戏/内容行业工作经验，硬核动作游戏玩家优先； 2、有较好的逻辑思维和创意能力，对玩家需求和热门内容趋势有较强的敏感度，能结合内容趋势和游戏宣发需求产出可落地的内容策划； 3、对抖音、B站的游戏内容生态和玩法有基本了解，有直播生态搭建经验者优先； 4、善于沟通表达、条理清晰，自驱，能协调多方合作，有良好的项目管理能力。
