1. 负责游戏系统功能测试，覆盖数值、功能耦合、编辑器操作等相关测试内容，确保系统功能稳定与体验一致性。 2. 准确记录并分析BUG，跟进问题修复，提前识别并暴露潜在风险，保障版本质量与功能上线稳定性。 3. 跟进项目开发进度与工作流程，发现流程缺陷或工具需求，提出并推动优化，提高测试效率与协作质量。 4. 深入理解系统设计与实现逻辑，结合竞品分析，从测试角度提出合理性与体验优化建议。 5. 参与制定版本测试计划，组织并带领测试小组完成模块或版本级测试任务。 6. 指导中初级测试成员的工作，协助团队提升整体测试质量与效率。

1. 本科及以上学历，5年及以上游戏测试经验，有开放世界或MMO类项目经验者优先。 2. 参与过完整项目研发至上线周期，具备独立完成需求评审、用例设计、测试执行及问题追踪的能力。 3. 熟悉UE引擎及其编辑器工具，掌握TAPD、P4等版本与任务管理工具，熟练使用常用办公软件。 4. 具备良好的沟通能力、逻辑分析能力与责任心，能在高压力环境下确保任务高质量完成。 5. 具备一定代码阅读能力，了解C++、TypeScript或Python语言基础，有性能测试或自动化测试经验者优先。 6. 具备一定的团队管理能力，能培训新人、指导日常工作并审核测试成果。
