1、负责怪物的招式设计，打击感和行为模式的设计与迭代； 2、负责游戏核心战斗玩法设计与迭代、怪物玩法的设计与实现 3、协调美术与程序，在引擎中调整动作、特效等资源以实现策划目标。

1、熟悉目前主流动作3D ARPG的战斗系统与技能设定，对战斗表现和打击感敏感，熟玩市面上的3A动作以及动作共斗类游戏； 2、有多年游戏制作经验，并至少有过1款ARPG项目的完整战斗制作经验或独立负责并完成过单个复杂怪物或Boss的制作（从最上游开始跟进到落地最佳）； 3、具备优秀的逻辑思维能力，清晰的大局观念和细致的工作态度，严谨的工作作风； 4、具备UE4或UE5项目的开发经验。 5、有大体型怪物设计开发经验者优先； 6、具备一定抽象思维能力，有编程能力者优先。
