1、五年以上品牌创意或游戏视频策划经验，有成功二次元项目案例优先； 2、了解视频剪辑（PR/AE）与三维软件（UE/MAYA）基础操作； 3、擅长跨部门沟通与资源整合，能有效管理外部合作，保障项目交付； 4、加分项：影视编导、广告学、市场营销、动漫设计等相关专业背景优先。
