1、负责UE引擎图形渲染相关模块(如渲染管线、光照系统、阴影系统等)的多平台开发及维护，提升游戏渲染品质； 2、负责对游戏渲染性能进行深度分析，定位并解决多端渲染相关的性能问题，包括渲染帧率、显存等优化； 3、与技术TA配合，根据项目需求进行渲染管线的功能开发及落地，并优化美术制作管线提升效率； 4、负责图形渲染性能和稳定性监控，与TA合作指定性能规范并开发相关工具，监控并解决渲染性能问题，和团队一起维护GPU图形稳定，解决多端渲染管线的适配及崩溃问题； 5、持续关注图形渲染前沿技术，如光线追踪、实时GI等，探索并引入新技术，提升图形渲染表现力。

1、三年以上游戏开发经验，有多平台渲染管线开发经验，有0~1完整项目经验加分； 2、熟悉常见的游戏内渲染管线定制方案及性能优化方案； 3、熟悉UE引擎渲染管线开发及定制，对于UE的渲染管线开发有深度的理解和掌握； 4、了解市面上的游戏渲染相关的方案及做法，对常见的场景渲染方案和角色卡通渲染方案有一定的了解； 5、了解GPU架构，熟悉GPU常用调试和性能分析相关工具； 6、有良好的编码风格，具有较强的代码阅读与调试能力，熟悉掌握C/C++； 7、有良好的问题分析和解决能力，能够独立完成复杂图形渲染模块的设计和开发； 8、有深度定制和优化复杂渲染模块经验者优先； 9、有光线追踪、实时GI、GPUDriven等前沿特性开发和优化经验者优先； 10、有Lumen、Nanite、VSM等UE新特性深度优化和定制经验者优先； 11、有多平台渲染性能优化经验，对主机端性能和渲染分析调试工具有经验者优先。
