1、需求规划与节点把控：了解游戏系统功能的落地流程；熟悉从需求设计到功能验收的关键节点以及输出标准； 2、跨部门协作与分工：协调多部门及跨管线的沟通合作，确保信息同步顺畅，明确各环节分工； 3、风险管理与问题解决：监控项目风险，及时预警并应对，识别风险相关干系人，主动介入并推动问题解决； 4、需求管理与排期：负责系统管线的需求排期及执行跟进，确保项目按计划推进； 5、项目协作与跟进：负责用户体验组、前后端程序的排期及日常工作跟进，保障项目高效交付； 6、团队管理与培养：优化管线内部PM的工作流程，制定PM的工作目标与结果指标。

1、5年以上游戏项目管理经验，优先考虑大世界、RPG、卡牌类项目经验，至少具备一款游戏从研发到成功上线运营的完整经验； 2、有优秀的流程设计及优化能力，灵活使用项目管理工具来提升日常工作效率，有大型活动或系统功能研发经验者优先； 3、具备优秀的抗压能力、沟通协调能力及团队领导能力。

加分项： - 熟悉项目管理工具，并有模板流程设计能力（如TAPD、Jira等）。 - 熟悉敏捷开发或瀑布流开发模式。 - 对游戏行业有深刻理解，能快速适应多变需求。 - 带领过项目管理团队或有超大型PM团队合作经验。
