1.负责游戏项目中美术相关模块（场景/关卡）的项目管理工作，推动从需求评审、计划制定到制作交付的全流程落地； 2.深度参与版本计划制定，能够基于概念设计评估工作量与资源投入，结合美术产能与项目目标拆解任务、制定合理排期，并持续跟进执行进度，确保关键节点按时达成； 3.作为美术与策划、程序、QA等团队之间的核心协作窗口，推动跨部门沟通与问题闭环，保障信息同步与协作效率； 4.参与美术制作环节的技术方案讨论，能够识别美术制作中的技术难点与实现风险，协同程序、TA团队评估可行性与成本，及时预警并推动有效解决； 5.负责美术外包资源的管理与协同，包括需求对接、排期管理、质量验收及交付跟进，保障外部资源高效利用； 6.跟进并优化美术制作流程与协作机制，推动规范化建设（如流程、模板、工具），提升整体生产效率与交付质量。

1.本科及以上学历，2年及以上游戏项目管理或相关经验，有完整项目周期或核心模块负责经验优先； 2.具备一定的美术基础与审美判断能力，熟悉游戏美术制作流程； 3.沟通表达清晰顺畅、逻辑性强，能够高效准确地传递信息并推动多方达成共识；具备抗压能力与情绪稳定性，在版本节奏下保持稳定输出； 4.熟悉常用项目管理工具和办公软件（如飞书、TAPD、Excel等），具备良好的计划管理与进度推进能力； 5.热爱游戏与二次元文化，有广泛的游戏体验积累（单机游戏与商业化手游均有涉猎），并有自己的理解与总结； 6.有美术外包或供应商管理经验者优先。
