1、3A写实角色头部全套贴图制作，覆盖 Albedo、SSS / Transmission / Thickness、Normal / Detail Normal、Specular / Roughness 及多层皮肤微结构（Micro / Mid / Macro），交付电影级写实质感资产； 2、基于面部扫描数据（Photogrammetry / Texel / Faceware / Di4D 等）完成精修与贴图重建，使用 Substance 3D Painter / Designer 建立可复用 Smart Material 与程序化纹理流程，并对牙齿、眼球、眼睑、毛孔、嘴唇等精细部位做专项制作； 3、写实向妆容系统的拆解、归纳与规范化，输出可复用的妆容模板与制作标准； 4、在 UE5 实时环境下与 TA / TD 协同调试皮肤着色器，与绑定 / 动画团队协作排查表情驱动区域的贴图与法线异常，保障离线—实时视觉一致性； 5、沉淀贴图制作规范与外包质检标准，参与乙方资产验收，与团队共建头部材质管线知识库，推动重复劳动自动化。

1、美术、CG 或造型类相关专业本科及以上（油画 / 版画 / 雕塑等优先），5 年以上游戏角色贴图经验，其中写实风格头部 / 面部专项不少于 2 年，至少深度参与过 1 款中大型写实风格游戏； 2、精通 Substance 3D Painter，能独立构建 Smart Material 与程序化纹理流程；熟悉 UE 材质编辑器，深入理解 PBR 工作流，能独立完成写实妆容的拆解、制作与规范化输出； 3、深入理解皮肤光学属性（SSS、菲涅尔效应、毛孔各向异性），熟悉高精度法线烘焙流程（ZBrush → 游戏低模）及烘焙误差特性，理解面部动态对贴图的影响并能针对表情驱动区域进行专项优化； 4、良好的跨工种沟通能力，能与 TA、绑定、动画、引擎美术高效协作；具备 MetaHuman 管线 / 面部扫描重建项目经验、UDIM 工作流及大分辨率贴图管理经验、Substance Designer / Mari 程序化材质能力、Python / PS 脚本贴图自动化能力，或 3A 写实项目经验者优先； 5、重度主机 / 3A 写实游戏玩家优先。
